Pro Bono

Mr. Rajinder Singh has been spearheading various campaigns in Delhi Schools, imparting education to teachers on Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (“POCSO”). He regularly holds training sessions in association with Amazon India and the Delhi Administration. Mr. Singh has conducted joint sessions with over 700 teachers across numerous Delhi schools like G.D. Goenka School, Shiv Nadar International School, Laxman Public School and Sadhu Vaswani School. In his pursuit of making meaningful contributions to the society, Mr. Singh has collaborated with various NGOs such as Prayas, Sanjivni, Haqq; sharing his vast knowledge on POCSO laws.

Mr. Rajinder Singh has been an active social worker. He often visits slum clusters of South Delhi along with NGO “Pryatan” to educate women and children about their rights under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005; Dowry Laws, and POSCO. He has also been a Legal Coordinator of Rape Crisis Intervention Centre of Delhi Police for over 14 years and has helped several victims of sexual abuse. Mr. Singh promptly provides legal advice to those in need and often takes up their cause pro bono.

Mr. Singh has actively been involved in the legal academia as well. He has delivered many lectures on women’s right to students as well as teachers in colleges across Delhi, and has often been invited by Delhi Police HR Academy for educating its staff on tackling sexual abuse cases. Our firm has been actively contesting more than 200 cases for victims of domestic violence, child sexual abuse amongst others.
