Mr. Rajinder Singh is the founder Managing Partner of Lex Jurists®. . He has extensive experience in criminal litigation and has served as a counsel in the some of the most publicized cases in India.
Over the years, Mr. Singh has earned a formidable reputation in criminal law practice. He has been the Legal Coordinator of Rape Crisis Intervention Centre of Delhi Police for 8 years. Moreover, he holds the distinction of having been regularly featured in many Criminal Law articles and papers published in leading magazines and international journals including the Washington Global Post. Additionally, Mr. Singh has participated in panel discussions on leading news channels of the country and has also been interviewed for prominent Criminal Trials in India. Mr. Singh is a prominent speaker and has moderated various conferences in India and abroad. He has successfully contested cases at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), led corporate fraud investigation teams in Cyprus, and is regularly engaged as a counsel for commercial disputes in Dubai. In addition, Mr. Singh led a team of counsels to Spain and United States of America to engage and negotiate with law firms for filing and contesting law suits/ criminal cases for various clients. On a regular basis, Mr. Singh undertakes numerous pro bono criminal court assignments including conducting trainings and delivering presentations on Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act in various government schools. As a distinguished litigator, Mr. Singh has dealt with a broad range of matters related to cheating, forgery, criminal breach of trust, misappropriation, cyber crimes, corporate fraud, negligence, counterfeit currency, offences involving weights & measures, Motor Vehicles Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Legal Metrology Act, Rules and Enforcement Directorate cases, Central Bureau of Investigation cases, arbitration matters; to name a few.
During his school and college days, he was a sportsperson of national and international repute in figure skating and won many laurels for the country. Mr. Singh is also a keen golfer and a Harley Davidson Rider.
Moinuddin Khan

Moinuddin Khan began his career at Lex Jurists® in the year 2010, and owing to his countless contributions to the firm, he earned the position of a Partner in 2017. Today, he successfully leads the civil practice of the firm and also caters to various corporates for criminal law advisory. Moinuddin is an exceptional, trusted lawyer who has brought many laurels to our firm. He regularly participates in national and international conferences, including conferences organized by the Corporate Counsel Association of India in Dubai and Russia to name a few. Moinuddin also devotes some of his time to pro bono matters and meaningful social causes.
Nirpreet Kaur

Nirpreet Kaur began her career as an Associate at Lex Jurists® in the year 2013. Due to her sheer dedication and hard work, she was inducted as a Partner in the Firm in 2019. Nirpreet, a graduate of Jamia Millia Islamia University, also holds a Master’s degree specializing in Intellectual Property Rights. Besides being a keen litigator, Nirpreet is an expert on the laws pertaining to prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace. She also serves as an External Member of Internal Committees of many leading corporates under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act.
Nikunj Verma

Nikunj Verma is a graduate from the 2017 batch of Amity Law School, Delhi (affiliated to GGSIPU), who joined the firm as an intern in 2017 and quickly rose through the ranks with his hard work and perseverance. He was promoted to the position of Partner in a short span of 4 years owing to his excellent work in the field of labour, corporate, indirect tax, civil and criminal litigation. Nikunj’s diligence, hard work and attention to our client’s needs have been recognised globally.
Digvijay Singh

Digvijay Singh is the youngest Partner on board the Lex Jurists family. He is an alumnus of National Law University, Jodhpur and started his career at Lex Jurists. His areas of expertise lie in handling commercial litigation, white-collar crime practice, and maritime law practice for the firm. His expertise in providing high-end solutions to clients on online fraud and fraud investigation is highly recognised. Through sheer hard work and a consistent attitude, he has been able to achieve significant milestones at a young age. He was conferred the Rising Star of the Year Award by CCAI Legal Excellence in the year 2021 by an esteemed jury headed by the Ex-Chief Justice of India. He is regularly invited to legal conferences and panels to speak on white collars and commercial litigation.
Divyansh Singh

Divyansh Singh joined our firm in February 2022 to venture into criminal and civil litigation after having successfully done tax litigation for 3 years at his previous firm. In a span of just 20 months he was elevated as a Partner in the firm due to his tenacious efforts and diligence in catering to the needs of clients and providing effective and time efficient solutions by closely working with the Managing Partner and Senior Partners of our firm. Divyansh has on-boarded several clients to add to the elite clientele of our firm by providing them litigation, advisory support and legal solutions at several forums, tailored to the client’s needs. He actively appears before Courts and Tribunals and has been consistent in obtaining favorable reliefs for our clientele. He has regularly represented our firm at various International forums and conferences.
